Mr. Sambasiva Rao has over 30 years of experience in corporate governance and general business management. He serves as Director and Managing Director across six companies within one industry.

As the Managing Trustee of Zwilling Foundation India, he provides strategic leadership and guidance to the Foundation’s initiatives. Mr. Rao plays a pivotal role in guiding the Foundation’s vision and activities.

His extensive professional experience and strategic insight contribute significantly to the analysis, selection, and execution of deserving projects implemented through Zwilling Foundation India. His leadership and involvement reflect excellence, integrity, and a deep commitment to impactful social development.

Mrs. BINDU VIJAY MODI

Mrs. Bindu Vijay Modi is a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience in the field of mental health. At present she serves as a Trustee of Zwilling Foundation India and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and communities through counselling, psychotherapy, and psychological assessment & Mrs. Modi also serves as the President of Satya Special School, where she plays a pivotal role in child assessment, counselling for parents and teachers, teacher training programs, and group counselling for parents. As part of the Executive Committee, she also oversees administrative functions, including meetings with donors, visitors, and volunteers.


She completed her B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Mumbai and began her professional journey at KEM Hospital, Mumbai, in 1985. With extensive expertise in psychometric evaluation, psychotherapy, individual counselling, and group therapy, she has worked with diverse populations across different age groups. In 1989, she established her private practice, with the encouragement and support of her husband, Mr. Vijay Modi.


Beyond psychology, she has pursued additional certifications including an Integrated Course in Psychotherapy, Certificate Course in Homeopathy, Certificate Course in Computers, and Certificate Course in Cookery from the Catering College, Mumbai.

She is regularly invited as a Guest Lecturer at the Department of Psychology and the Department of Social Work at Pondicherry University. As a Visiting Psychologist, she is associated with Nallam Clinic, Nirvana School, French Lycee, S.O.S. Homes, and Annai Velankanni Orphanage.


Over the years, Mrs. Modi has handled numerous cases related to depression, anxiety neurosis, family and marital counselling, behaviour modification, and learning disabilities such as dyslexia. Her work also includes intellectual and aptitude assessments, personality and neuropsychological testing, and psychotherapeutic guidance for both children and adults.
