Zwilling Foundation India, an initiative taken by the Werhahn Group of Companies, Germany and Mr.R.Sambasiva Rao, India. It was founded as a Public Charitable Trust Act in 2011.
Through an array of measures, it works to help differently abled children and women to lead a normal life by providing services like early identification, intervention, education, vocational training, employment opportunities and aids and assistive devices etc.
By sponsoring education and by providing vocational training, it works to open opportunities for differently abled and marginalized children and women.
Zwilling Foundation India at present works with 69 children and around 100 women and is aspiring to include more vocational training programs and reach out to the needy. Zwilling Foundation India also undertakes many other one-time community and livelihood projects.
